Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned goods must remain unused, unopened, and intact in their original packaging, with all original seals, labels, accessories and packaging materials fully attached. Items that have been opened, heavily used, damaged by improper personal use, contaminated, or unable to be resold will not be eligible for return approval. Clear photographic evidence may be required during review to confirm product condition.

All approved refund amounts will be calculated and issued in United States Dollars (USD), consistent with the currency you used during checkout. Any exchange rate fluctuations, bank transfer fees, or intermediate deduction fees generated during the refund transfer process shall be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by our store.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Since all orders enjoy complimentary global shipping at checkout, original shipping costs are non-refundable under all return scenarios.
